Binh Thuan works with UNESCO World Performing Arts Association

BTO- A working session between a delegation of the UNESCO World Performing Arts Association and the Binh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism took place on March 27 afternoon in Binh Thuan province.

The delegation of the UNESCO World Performance Theater Association consists of 10 members who are experts from the Art performing associations of South Korea, Japan, India, the Philippines, Kong Kong, Mongolia, and Vietnam.
The specialists came to Binh Thuan to survey and discuss the organization of the World Performing Arts Festival in Phan Thiet - Binh Thuan.


Mr. Bui The Nhan - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr. Vo Thanh Huy - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and leaders of affiliated units were present in the working session with the delegation.
At the reception, all members of the delegation assessed that Binh Thuan meets the factors of climate, soil, people, cuisine, and infrastructure to organize world-class art programs.
They suggest combining historical stories and traditional craft villages to create a festival with bold Asian imprints and contemporary nature. 
The World Performing Arts Festival is expected to be held at the end of 2023.
