After listening to reports of investor on the implementation progress of the project and opinions of participants, Vice chairman Nguyen Duc Hoa stressed that: It is necessary to step up site clearance and compensation for the project-affected land owners. At the same time, the mobilization and resettlement for those households should be spurred in accordance with regulations. The authorities can propose plans of coercive land recovery if the project-affected households still do not cooperate to hand over the site to the project investor.
For the forest area, vice chairman Nguyen Duc Hoa also assigned the company to form plan to grow alternative forest, then submit it to the competent authorities for approval as stipulation.
Besides, Binh Thuan Delta Valley limited company must coordinate with relevant departments and localities in site clearance and management so that the project can be kicked off and put into operation as soon as possible.
