Binh Thuan to launch new-style mobile library vehicle

BTO- Binh Thuan provincial library has lately opened a new roving library named “Intellectual light”. The vehicle, which is granted by VinGroup charity Fund, is equipped with 7 computers, 1 television, 1 projector, 1 electricity generator, 4500 books and reading seats. The vehicle looks like a miniature library serving both reading, surfing the internet to search for information and showing movies at the same time.

Notably, the roving library aims to serve for students at all ages in rural and disadvantaged areas and ethnic minority areas. The library is expected to build reading habits among the community of students and people.

On the occasion, the provincial Library also awarded prize-winners of the 2019 “Reading Cultural Ambassadors” to the collective of Tran Phu Junior secondary school (Phan Thiet city) and other 2 individuals.
