Binh Thuan to expand foreign investment projects

At the meeting, representatives of Dubai Vietnam Co., Ltd said that the Vietnam – Dubai tourism and farming consortium covers an area of over 1,000 ha with a total investment capital of nearly VND 10,000 billion. The targets for this project is to build a multifunctional complex with several villas, trade and tourism service center, eco-tourism, conference center, sea sport center, etc. to serve for international and domestic visitors. Boosting the local socioeconomic development.

After the PPC’s Approval for investment,  Dubai Vietnam Co., Ltd committed to conduct the project within 7 days.

Through the delegates’ opinions, chairman Nguyen Ngoc Hai appreciated ideals and determination of the investor – Dubai Vietnam Co., LTD in Binh Thuan province.  The project received high consent from the Chairman as long as the investor make it clear in procedures, its functions, subregion and countermeasures.  

Leader of Suoi Hong limited company presented the projects’ management and service exploitation in Mui Ne flying sand dune. The project includes tourism-service, entertainment and conference center with the total cost of over VND 600 billion.  

In conclusion, Chairman Nguyen Ngoc Hai agreed to allow Suoi Hong limited company to expand its project to highlight the tourism complex of Red sand dune, luring as many as tourists to the locality. However, Chairman Hai stressed the investor to undertake to keep and restore the natural beauty of the landscape and sand dune, must have public service area and limit bad impacts on the flying sand dune.
