Binh Thuan launches inspection plan on Tet market

BTO – The provincial People’s Committee lately announced a plan for  market inspections before, during and after the lunar new year festival (Tet) 2021.

The plan, which is scheduled to be carried out between January 10 and February 22, will focus on inspecting individuals/organizations specializing in producing and trading commodity groups with high demand during Tet holiday, such as: food stuffs, electrical appliances, fashion products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, tobacco, toys…

Inter-sectorial inspection teams will be set up to deploy inspections across the province, especially in markets, trade 7 service centers, cold warehouses, tourist sites and some residential areas. They will take inspections on the compliance of business registration; regulations relating to measurement, quality, food safety and product labeling requirements; regulations on good's prices and the implementation of intellectual property  rights. Inspection teams will also handle with violations, trading smuggled and fake goods …
