The project is located in Son My commune (Ham Tan district), so the Asia-Pacific Group shall take responsible for reporting, surveying and negotiating with the project-affected land owners and investors of Son My thermo electricity center so that the approved projects are not been overlapped.
The Investment intention on Son My international port is due to June 1st, 2020. After the deadline, if the Asia-Pacific Group does not have specific results on location survey, the intention shall be closed and invalid.
