The 98,390-square-meter tourist area, invested by the same name of Hawaii Tourists limited company, is expected to provide jobs for over 1,300 employees. Under the newly-issued planning, the project’s basic architecture and views must ensure constructional density with 25 percent of hill and 15 percent of sea to the maximum.
The project is bordered with sea, and Family Oasis and Pink Paradise tourist areas. Remarkably, the planning mentions to the regulations on height, technical infrastructure in accordance with overall stipulation of the province’s coastal tourist area investment projects from Suoi Nuoc (Mui Ne) to Hoa Thang (Bac Binh).
