8 enterprises with foreign employees checked

Through inspection, 8 enterprises are using 34 foreign laborers, mainly from Russia and China. In which, 3 laborers have been granted with work permits while 2 others are not eligible for work license grant and 2 cases are on completion of application process. The enterprises have showed full pack of passports and temporary residence registration.

Du Hung Limited Company, Ham Kiem Industrial Park and Toan Cau Limited Company are planning to extend their production and business scales, so they will recruit more foreign laborers in the coming time.

 The Inspection team urged the enterprises to submit the recruitment proposal to the provincial People’s committee as long as they conduct their recruitment plans. The enterprise also were asked to maintain security and social order and strictly comply with the State laws as the foreigners leave for Vietnam or upon termination of work contract.
