Attending the ceremony, there were Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party committee Duong Van An, vice chairman of the provincial People’s committee Nguyen Duc Hoa, and some 204 general leaders of the HYPO who represent for 7 provinces and cities.
The festival is organized biennially to honor outstanding examples of general leaders of HYPO with creative models and manners. The festival has praised 204 teachers and general leaders for their achievements in effective campaign “For beloved children”. Those general leaders have taught the children in life skills, culture, and behaviors, and gradually conducted them to integrate into the society. Deputy Secretary An expected those commended persons would keep on devoting and contributing to the activities of HYPO.
At the event, The Central Secretariat has awarded certificates of merit to 77 general leaders of the HYPO of provinces/cities.
