65 good teachers recognized in L

BTO – The Division of Education and Training of La Gi town has recently issued good teacher recognitions to 65 out of 104 teachers who participated in the contest for good teachers at town level in the academic year 2015-2016.

Teacher candidates must undergo three rounds: presenting the experiencing initiative in teaching and learning process; taking a savvy-test to check their specialist knowledge, pedagogical skills and knowledge about the policies, guidelines and orientation in education and their understanding of internet and informatics technology; practicing teaching within 2 periods, including a period to teach optional subject and a period to teach obligatory subject and class as a result of casting of lots.

As a result, three best excellent teachers and 18 teachers who demonstrated satisfactorily in the two-period teaching round were nominated at the contest. The three best are Nguyen Thi Bao Ngoc (Tan An 1 primary school), Nguyen Hoang Kim Ngan (Phuoc Hoi 3 primary school) and Bui Thi Thanh Thuy (Phuoc Hoi 1 primary school).

The contest helps the teachers and school managers look back their professional skills so that they can better bring into play the strengths and make good the shortcomings. At the same time, it also brought chances for teachers to exchange and learn each others’ experiences and new pedagogical skills and the innovatory methodology
