BTO – The Department of Education and Training of Binh Thuan has recently announced results of the lists of excellent students competing in the 19/4 (April 19) traditional competition in the 2006-2007 academic year. Accordingly, 556 out of 2,210 students of grade 9 excelled at the exams and gained titles of excellent students at province-level. The examinees have competed in 8 subjects of mathematics, Vietnamese literature, physics, chemistry, biology, history and English, geography.
Of the total of 556 prize-winners, there are 9 students gaining first-prizes, 71 students bagging second-prizes and 476 students earning third-prizes.
The 19/4 traditional competition is annually held in April for outstanding 9th graders across the province.
