3 investors registered for Hung Vuong park project

BTO- The project of Hung Vuong park, located in Hung Vuong phrase II residential area (Phan Thiet city) now attracts 3 investors, including: V.S.G real estate JSC, Quan Trung trading and production limited company, 323-Ha Noi construction Investment JSC. In relation to the project, the provincial Party Committee’s Office has sent conclusion document on the investment mode after hearing the report and opinions of relevant authorities.

Accordingly, the People’s committee of Binh Thuan province ordered the functional authorities to complete the contents of the document and proposed it to the provincial Standing Party committee for careful consideration in terms of land withdraw in compliance with regulations. According to Master plan, Hung Vuong phrase II residential area covers an area of 32.364 ha. In which, over 20.5 greening ha will be used for building Hung Vuong park to meet the increasing demands for entertainment of the citizens of Phan Thiet.
