As scheduled, the conference consists of 4 sessions: Visions towards sustainable development of potential exploitation; mainstays for sustainable economic developments; contracting and granting investment licenses; closing the conference.
The highlights of this year’s conference is the attendance of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc with his opening speech, themed “Vision towards sustainable development of Binh Thuan’s potential exploitation”. In the second session, the local administration will introduce some mainstays for the local economic development on the basis of green tourism, clean energy and potential for agricultural and industrial growths.
In preparation for the upcoming conference, functional authorities have proposed the provincial People’s Committee to review a list of projects calling for investors in Binh Thuan under the form of domestic, joint venture or 100 percent-foreign-owned investment. Currently, Binh Thuan has several great projects calling for investment in terms of tourism, agro-forestry, services, industry, sea and road traffic, healthcare systems and facilities, farming, clean energy…
The conference opens chances for investors to learn about the projects before coming to a final decision. There will be an estimate of 380-400 representatives invited to the conference. Half of the participants are domestic and foreign investors and entrepreneurs. Thus, the conference will be a forum for the organizations, investors and the government to exchange and reach to long-term cooperation.
