Vietnam record organization additionally recognizes four specialties of Binh Thuan

BTO – The Vietnam Record Organization has recently awarded recognition to 4 more celebrated dishes of Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province. The four mentioned-above includes: half-dried squid, fish sauce, “bánh căn” (Vietnamese rice cake) and “bánh canh chả cá”

This information is not only joyful for Binh Thuan cuisine, but also significant for the province’s tourism sector since visitors will be enticed by these great savory specialties. Binh Thuan gastronomy gradually becomes diversified, abundant and unique that visitors can find nowhere else. Previously, Binh Thuan’s dragon fruit and “lau tha” (a kind of pot-au-feu) were legally recognized and listed among top 50 Vietnamese famous fruit and specialties by Vietnam Record Book Center in 2012.
