This year’s event themed “Homeland tastes- Journey of Vietnamese species” aims to find the country’s talented chefs and best Vietnamese dishes. The contestants brought the competition a diversity of traditional and modern dishes bearing cultural characteristics of many regions.
The semi-final round of the Southern region is expected to be held from October 25-27 while the final round is scheduled for December 6-7 in Ho Chi Minh city.
