According to Chairman Hai, Binh Thuan has welcomed about 400,000 turns of visitors from Thailand in the past year, regarding as the highest tourist arrivals to Binh Thuan from the Southeast Asian countries.
At the meeting, Mr. Wirachai Songmetta - President of Shaiyo Group said that the company has invested in Vietnam since 2006 and has a lot of experience in fields of clean energy, agriculture, and forestry. After the introduction of the host, Shaiyo Group expected to seek for investment opportunities in Binh Thuan in terms of wind and solar power, and agriculture.
Additionally, Mr. Wirachai Songmetta also confirmed that Binh Thuan is a locality with much potential for tourism development, promising to introduce more Thai businesses and Tour operators to invest and exchange experience in the locality.
The meeting offered close ties between the guest and the host, expecting to further socioeconomic and cultural development.
