Most Venerable Thich Minh Nhat thanked the provincial leaders for their attention to the Provincial Board of Directors of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha.
During the visit, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh informed the participants about the province’s socio-economic situation, security, and defense in the first five months of 2022. Notably, the locality has revived and achieved quite high results in industrial and agricultural production. Which, the province’s key projects are under good accelerated progress, especially the south-north expressway project sectioned Dau Giay - Phan Thiet, Phan Thiet - Vinh Hao, which is expected to open by the end of 2022 or early 2023. Once this key project is put into use, it will help the province's socio-economic development activities more favorable.

Deputy Secretary Nguyen Hoai Anh affirmed that such achievements have partially come from the accompany of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in the province, especially in the prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic. He encouraged monks, nuns, and Buddhists to continue to make their good jobs in production, compliance with the provisions of the law, and actively participate in gratitude activities, and patriotic emulation movements at the grassroots level. On the occasion of the Buddha's birthday in 2022, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee wishes the local monks, dignitaries, monks and nuns, and Buddhists good health, joy, and a peaceful Buddha birthday.
