BTO- A delegation of Binh Thuan provincial Party committee, provincial Council Committee, provincial People’s committee, province’s Vietnam Fatherland Front committee paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs at Ho chi Minh Museum – Binh Thuan branch and the provincialMartyr's cemetery on August 31st morning. The tribute was held on the occasion ofthe 73rd National Day (September 2).

The delegation laid flowers and offered incense in front of graves of Heroic Martyrs who had sacrificed for the country’s independence.
After the tribute ceremony, the delegation moved forward to Ho Chi Minh Museum – Binh Thuan branch to pay homage to late President Ho Chi Minh.
