The event, which was co-organized by the Vietnam National Sports Administration, Vietnam Taekwondo Federation and Lao Cai provincial People’s Committee, attracted over 1,000 athels from 46 provinces/cities nationwide.
After 9 days of competition, Ho Chi Minh city won the top place with 39 gold, 11 silver and 15 bronze medals, followed by Hanoi (8 gold, 11 silver and 12 bronze medals.). An Giang and Binh Duong shared the third place. Binh Thuan’s team won one gold medal, 7 silver medals and 12 bronze medals.
