The playground is built and installed with simple and easy-to-use exercise apparatus and tools such as hip, abdominal, and waist exercise machines, aerial walker, 2-step barbell, 2-function exercise machine, single shoulder exercise machine, etc. Those are used to meet the exercising needs of the local children and residents. The total investment is VND 100 billion, funded by Vietnam Revive Co., Ltd and Vietnam Suntory Pepsico.
Secretary of the provincial HCYU shared: “Building playgrounds for children is one of the important targets of the Resolution of the 12th provincial Youth Union Congress. The Sporting playground in Gia An will foster local children and adults to have one more healthy recreational spot, encouraging them to do exercises for physical development.
Gia An commune is a mountainous commune in Tanh Linh district. The area is located in a difficult economic and remote region. Previously, the commune did not have any amusement park or sports center, playground for the locals and children. Meanwhile, the locals’ needs for doing exercises, playing and entertaining are quite great.
