Accordingly, a social welfare benefit of VND 1.5 million will be given to each of freelance workers in Phan Thiet city and La Gi town, who have to stop working on the implementation of social distancing order under the PM’s Directive No.16. The beneficiaries include vendors, small retailers without settled selling places, small traders in traditional markets, lottery vendors, masons, japanners, electricians, motorcycle taxi drivers; people who are self-operating small food and drinks services, transportation services, entertainment services for children, spa, beauty salons, karaoke lounges, massage services, internet services, gymnastics, yoga and aerobic centers, film screening centers, billiard clubs, barbershops, hair salons, swimming pools; kindergarteners, caregivers working at public and private kindergartens and educational institutions at all levels.
