Binh Thuan’s tourist attractions overloaded with tourists during holidays

BTO – As many as 125,000 domestic and foreign visitors flocked to many tourist attractions across Binh Thuan province during the four-day holidays (from April 29th to May 2nd), a year-on-year increase of 7 percent, according to early report of the local Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Tourists started flocking to beaches of Binh Thuan from very early morning of April 29th due to the ongoing hot season overwhelming in many southern and central provinces.

Thanks to beautiful beaches, fresh seafood specialities and exciting sporting events, almost all of the beaches in Hon Rom, Mui Ne, Ham Tien, Ong Dia rocky expanse, Doi Duong, Tien Thanh, Ham Thuan Nam and La Gi were packed with holiday-makers. Remarkably, the street food festival held along the roadside of Nguyen Dinh Chieu street (Ham Tien ward) on the nights of April 29th and 30th was one of the highlights of Binh Thuan tourism. Foodies and diners gathered crowdedly to the site for enjoying street food processed in style of Western and Vietnamese cuisines.

The number of foreign visitors amounted to more than 9,100 turns of visitors, which mostly from Russia, China, Germany, America, etc. Ham Tien tourist area welcomed the greatest visitors against the others in the province.

Apart from luxury spots, tourists were likely to spend their holidays in community-based tourist attractions in La Gi and Ham Tan.
