BTO – In the face of the complicated and unpredictable situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Binh Thuan authorities have decided to cancel the earlier plan of the low-range firework display on the night of 2021 Lunar New Year’s Eve.

The Decision is made after Ho Chi Minh City has reported a number of new Covid-19 cases recently. Reportedly, the move contributes to the prevention and combat against the epidemic nationwide.
