Accordingly, people’s committee of wards/communes take responsibilities for paying attention to information about local people’s travel records, especially those from “hot spot” localities with Covid-19 outbreak, therefore timely detect any extraordinary problems, ask them to conduct quarantine, health declaration and strictly carry out 5K message. Phan Thiet city’s Medical Center and Police station are in charge of tracking,  taking inspections  and finding out the list of people returning from foreign countries or foreigners who illegally entered the country, then immediately implementing quarantine, epidemiology investigations, and taking samples for Covid-19 tests as stipulated.

At the same time, departments, agencies, organizations, and the whole residents are encouraged to raise vigilance to discover any violations then report to local authorities and medical agencies. People illegally entered Vietnam must self-consciously take health declarations at medical centers for further instructions.
