The delegation, which included Mr. Thongsalith Mangnomek- member of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party cum Director of the Lao National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, Dr. Nguyen Quang Thuan- Chairman of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, Mrs. Amphayvanh Khamsengsililay- vice Chairman of the Lao National Academy of Social Sciences, Mr. Le Quoc Ly-deputy director of Ho Chi Minh Academy of Politics.
On behalf of the province’s leaders, Chairman of the provincial people’s Committee Nguyen Ngoc Hai gave the guests a general introduction about the geographical characteristics, socioeconomic situation and potential of Binh Thuan province. He said it’s an honor to Binh Thuan province as the venue of this seminar, wishing the event a great sussess. Mr. Thongsalith Mangnomek showed his deep impression on achievements and development of Binh Thuan. He highly appreciated all efforts maded by the provincial authorities to facilitate this international seminar, which is scheduled for June 5th, 2017.
