The delegation included Mr. Duong Van An-Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Mr. Dinh Trung-former secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung-former secretary of the provincial Party Committee cum former Chairman of the provincial people’s Council, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh-deputy secretary of the provincial Party Committee cum chairman of the provincial People’s Council, Mrs. Bo Thi Xuan Linh-Chairwoman of the provincial Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Phan Van Dang-Standing vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, representative leaders of departments, branches/agencies, people’s armed forces, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union branch, and leader of Phan Thiet city.
They paid respect to President Ho Chi Minh, who founded and led the Communist Party of Vietnam through the glorious revolutionary cause of the nation. Deputy secretary Nguyen Hoai Anh, on behalf of the province’s leaders, official and people, reported to our beloved President Ho Chi Minh outstanding achievements made by the Party committee and people of Binh Thuan province. He vowed that the Party and people of Binh Thuan province would continue promoting the revolutionary traditions to build the homeland more prosperous and more developed. Under the Party leadership, the army and people are joining hands to strive to overcome difficulties to take the province towards prosperity. Binh Thuan has determined to successfully implement the 5-year-plan on socio-economic development (2021-2025); successfully organize cultural, sports and tourism events in the National Tourism Year 2023 “Binh Thuan-Green Tourism Comes Together”; pay more attention to caring the poor, policy-favored families and people of ethnic minorities.
