The delegation, which included Mr. Duong Van An-member of the Party Central Committee-Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh-alternate member of the Party Central Committee-standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the provincial People’s Council, Mr. le Tuan Phong-Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, as well as leaders of the provincial Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, vice-chairpersons of the provincial People’s Council, People’s Committee, representative leaders of the provincial agencies, organizations, respectfully offered flowers, and incense in tribute to President Ho Chi Minh.

In a solemn atmosphere, leaders and officials expressed deep gratitude for the great merits of President Ho Chi Minh, who devoted the whole life and career to the country’s revolution cause, and wholeheartedly served the fatherland and the people.
