The project, which covers a total area of about 868.5 hectares with an expected population of 45,000, consists of 2 phases. The first one (2020-2030) focuses on the construction of technical infrastructure systems, such as: road, wastewater treatment stations, pumping stations, lakes for regulating water, power stations. This component also includes architectural works, such as: the central compound area, a trade-service area, a natural park with green trees and Bau Noi lake schools, hospital, cultural house… The second component (2031-2045) is expected to be invested in developing a number of construction works for the accomplishment of the project.
Capital for the implementation of this project will be mobilized from extra budgetary resources.
People’s Committee of Bac Binh district takes responsibility for coordinating with Department of Construction to carry out announcement of the approved general planning. The department is asked to manage the construction planning file, provide information about this projects for individuals or organizations. At the same time, the unit will work with functional bodies to take management work on construction investment in the locality and handle with violations relating to construction investment.
