The event, which is among various programs in celebration of the 25th anniversary of Binh Thuan Tourism Day (October 25, 1995-2020), had the attendance of Mr. Hoang Dinh Nghia-former head of the Organization Committee of the provincial Party Committee, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam - Deputy Director of the department of Culture-Sports and Tourism, representatives of localities, and 200 cyclists from 13 biking clubs across the province. This sporting activity has been considered as a meaningful program, which provided chances for members of cycling clubs in Binh Thuan to meet with one another, make exchange, promote cultural characteristics, historical sites and people of Binh Thuan, contributing to enhance the images of Binh Thuan tourism.

Speaking at the vent, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam shared that, cycling is a sport suitable for all groups of ages to improve physical health. He also urged officers, civil servants, students and all people to actively engage in cycling activity in particular and other sports in general in response to the movement of the entire population practise sports to enhance physical health following great Uncle Ho’s example.
After the launching ceremony, the cyclists made a tour from the provincial Sports center at Nguyen Tat Thanh Avenue running through major routes of Phan thiet city as: Ton Duc Thang Avenue, Hung Vuong Avenue, Nguyen thong Street, 19/4 Street, Le Duan Avenue, Cao Thang street, and Pham Van Dong Street.
