Chinese enterprise to invest in processing dragon fruit

BTO- The managing board of Binh Thuan Industrial Parks lately granted investment certificate to a Chinese company to implement project of processing and preserving fruits and greens in Phan Thiet Industrial Park (2nd phrase).

Soft-dried dragon fruit products of Binh Thuan

The project has a total investment capital of more than USD 1.85 milllion and a designed capacity of 8,000 tons of fresh dragon fruit and 1,500 tons of dried dragon fruit. It is expected to be put into operation in May, 2018, contributing to providing new products from dragon fruit as well as creating jobs for local residents.

In Ham Kiem I Industrial Park, another enterprise from China, Shenzhen Yuanxing Fruits Co., Ltd has completed the construction for a project of processing and drying dragon fruit. The project, which has an investment capital of USD 1 milllion with a projected capacity of 7,000 tons of products, is ready for full operation in this month.
