The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung-Secretary of the provincial Party Committee cum chairman of the provincial People’s Council, Mr. Duong Van An-Deputy Secretary of the provincial Part Committee, chairman and vice chairmen of the provincial People’s Committee and People’s Council, old revolutionaries, former leaders, representatives of people’s armed forces and the Ho Chi Minh Communist youth Union branch.
On the same day, the leadership delegation also visited Ho Chi Minh Museum-Binh Thuan branch to offer incenses and flowers to President Ho Chi Minh.
