Binh Thuan wins 1 bronze medal at Tien Phong National Marathon Championship 2021

BTO- Runner Pham Ngoc Phan of Binh Thuan province excellently competed and finally won a bronze medal at the 62nd Tien Phong Newspaper National Marathon Championship held in the central highlands province of Gia Lai on March 28.

The event attracted the participation of more than 4,500 male and female athletes nationwide (in both professional and amateur categories). Binh Thuan athletics team came to this tournament with 5 runners. Phan finished the third place in the race of men’s 21.1 kilometer-event with a time of 1:13:29.

Tien Phong National Marathon 2021 was organized under the message of “The Dream of mountains and forests” in response to the call of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on planting 1 billion of trees in period 2021-2025 for a green Vietnam.
