Binh Thuan leaders toured industrial park to check Covid-19 prevention and control

Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Le Tuan Phong visited a factory.

Right Rich and Thanh Vuong companies have actively disinfected their three-stage facilities and established “community-based Covid-19 prevention teams”. Each factory has been disinfected once a week. The dining area is arranged for workers to avoid face-to-face seats. If workers do not strictly comply with mask-wearing and hand-sanitizing, they will be fined. Moreover, the medical Center of Ham Thuan Nam district has so far delivered Covid-19 testing for 90 random samples at the above-said companies. Currently, all workers and staff are wearing masks at workplaces and public places in accordance with the regulations.

Through the inspection, Chairman Le Tuan Phong highly appraised the two visited-companies on epidemic prevention. To ensure safety for workers in the industrial parks, he urged the businesses to strictly comply with the Ministry of Health’s 5 rules messages (Mask – Disinfection – Distance – Do not Gather – medical declaration) while ensuring social distance. 

The Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee shall be determined to halt all operations if the businesses can not afford their employees’ safety and do not update safety level to the system.
