Bien Da Vang tourist area’s apartment, food court and entertainment services unveiled

The Bien Da Vang tourist area project, invested by Y Ngoc Binh Thuan Joint Stock company, is located in Ke Ga hamlet, Tan Thanh commune, Ham Thuan Nam district. The project covers an area of over 53,600 square meters with the total investment cost of VND 65 billion. Its scale includes chains of restaurants, hotels, shopping zone, recreation and healthcare areas to meet a variety of tourists’ needs. The project is divided into 4 stages and due to be put into operation by 2018.

According to Nguyen Thi Phuong Tam – Chairman of the Board of Management of Y Ngoc Binh JSC, some categories of the first stage is now basically completed since the date of approval in March 2016. The investor committed to keep on investing in other categories including: 4-star hotel chain, restaurant, outdoor party area, folk entertainment area, health center, etc.

Especially, the company plans to conduct an experiment on fish and sheep farming and growing clean vegetable to serve diners. Hopefully, the complex of high-end resort, recreation and healthcare center of Bien Da Vang tourist area can uplift the stature of Binh Thuan sea tourism.

Addressing the ceremony, Van Nam appreciated the effort of the company for their contribution to the province’s tourism promotion and development. At the same time, he mentioned to the ongoing support of the functional agencies in relation to the newly-launched project. He urged the company to put all efforts and forces for the complete of the project as scheduled. He also said that the province will pave the way for the company to conduct the construction in accordance with the current Law.
