132 Covid-19 patients recovered and discharged from the hospital

BTO – Additional 34 Covid-19 patients in Binh Thuan have been reported, a day-on-day decrease of 12 cases, according to an announcement of the Ministry of Health on August 9th evening. Of these, La Gi town has recorded 19 cases (14 cases in Centralized Quarantine areas and 5 cases in the community), Phan Thiet City saw 14 cases, Bac Binh district has 1 case from hospital screening. As of August 9th evening, the total number of Covid-19 infections in Binh Thuan has reached 1,191 cases.

Covid-19 patients are recovered and discharged from Hospital

Over the past 24 hours, the local health sector has conducted 7,685 tested samples with Sars-CoV-2 and delivered successful treatment to 8 Covid-19 patients, bringing the total number of recovered patients to 132 cases.

To ensure epidemic prevention and control, the provincial Health sector ramps up to take samples for Covid-19 testing periodically in accordance with regulations. In the meantime, they will perform rapid tests for people in high-risk areas in the community.
