Two athletes from Binh Thuan to compete at the World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships

BTO - The provincial People’s Committee lately issued an official dispatch to send two local martial artists to the 10th WTF World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships 2016, which is scheduled to take place in Lima (Peru). These athletes are sisters from Tanh Linh district:  Nguyen Thi Le Kim (born in 1992) and Nguyen Thi Kim Ha (born in 2000). Since they were young, both Kim and Ha have proved their aptitudes and strong passion for taekwondo with impressive achievements in domestic and international tournaments. In 2014, at the age of 14, Nguyen Thi Kim Ha won a silver and a bronze medal when she attended the 9th World Taekwondo Championships for the first time. Nguyen Thi Le Kim, who holds the World champion, has won 4 gold medals in female Poomsae category. The two artists will depart for the event from September 25 to October 4, 2016.
