The tournament, which is co-organized by the Vietnam Cycling and Sport Motors Federation and the Binh Duong Water Supply Sewerage-Environment Co., Ltd (Biwase) from March 8-16th, attracted 113 women cyclists from 18 domestic and international cycling teams. Participants compete in 9 stages with the total length of 841 km, through cities and provinces, including Dong Nai, Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Binh Duong.
With regard to stage 6 from Phan Rang to Phan Thiet, Indonesia athele named Yanthi Fuchiati finished the first, the runner-up is Namkung Soyoung (SamYang-South Korea) and the third winner is Supuksorn Nuntana (Thailand).
In the 50 kilometers-race around Phan Thiet city, athlete Jutatip Maneephan (Thailand) came the first after cycling 1:14.29, followed by Lee Joohee and Lee Eunhee (South Korea).
The tournament’s stage 8 took place this morning with a race of 120km from Phan Thiet to Vung Tau.
