Binh Thuan: Nearly VND 10 billion raised for flood-stricken residents in the central region

BTO- The provincial Standing Party Committee of Binh Thuan recently launched a campaign to mobilize officers, civil servants, armed forces, organizations, enterprises and individuals in the whole province to donate money, foodstuff, essential commodities, or set up delegations to visit and encourage people in the flood-hit central region and central highlands.

As of November 2nd, nearly VND10 billion have been raised. Of which, an amount of VND 7 billion was extracted to assist 8 provinces in the central and central highlands. The ongoing campaign will continuously receive donations from organizations and individuals to help the central localities over difficulties.
