During the visits to Bac Binh and Tuy Phong districts, deputy secretary An and Vice Chairman Phong wished the Muslim community a cheerful and peaceful festival. On behalf of the group, Cham Bani dignitaries expressed their gratitude for the support of local authorities for Cham Muslims’ celebration of Ramuwan festival.
As known, Ramuwan festival is a traditional celebration of the Cham Bani community as similar as the Tet holiday of the Kinh community. This is a chance for the Cham Bani people to enjoy a get-together and pay tribute to their ancestors and pray for happiness, bumper crops and a peaceful life.
