Camping festival to converge volunteers

During the 3-day festival, campers took part in many meaningful events, such as: exercise games, gift contests, camp gate decoration contest, culinary festival, and a campfire event, where voluntary persons and groups were honored with typical contributions to charitable activities in Binh Thuan over the past year.  In particular, 9 collectives and 17 persons were awarded certificates of merit by the Vietnam Youth Federation- Binh Thuan branch.

Earlier, voluntary groups have carried out a series of charitable activities to help people with difficult circumstances in Bac Binh district. They offered components to make a playground for kids in Phan Dien commune; granted whole-year scholarships to 3 students and gave bicycles to 10 others; built a lighting system to ensure security at night, helped 10 local start-ups plant hundreds of custard trees. In Binh An, Hoa Thang  and Hong Phong communes, voluntary groups presented 20 health insurance cards to poor students, offered scholarships, bicycles and health insurance cards to poor students.
