The craft, which was designed and built by the state-owned shipbuilding 189 Limited Company (Z189) under the contract with Greenlines DP Company Limited, is capable to carry 300 passengers and 15 tons of cargo.
This high speed ship will help cut travel time between the two destinations and boost tourism development on Phu Quy island. This is one of the largest and most modern double-storied ships in Vietnam, built with European standards.
Besides 5 existing transport ships, including Que Huong, Binh Thuan 16, Binh Thuan 18, Phu Quy 07, and Superdong1 high speed ship, local residents and visitors now have another choice with Phu Quy Express for their journeys.
