VND 120 bln residential area to be built in Phan Ri Cua

BTO- The Hanoi-based Vietnam HTV.BT Joint Stock Company lately earned an investment certificate from the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Committee for its project of HTV.BT residential area in Phan Ri Cua townlet (Tuy Phong district).

The project, which covers a total land area of over 14.5 hectares with an investment capital of VND 120 billion, aims to build technical infrastructure system for residential area in Phan Ri Cua. The would-be residential area consists of a combined housing area, a green park and road system, meeting housing demand for people inside and outside Tuy phong district. The project is expected to create an additional revenue source for local budget and contribute to socioeconomic development of the locality.

The investor plans to start the contruction of the infrastructure network in mid-2018 and complete the whole project to put into use in late 2019.
