Nearly VND 2 billion disbursed in support of poor households in electricity charge

BTO – A disbursement of VND 1.994 billion in support of poor households in paying power charge has been recently proposed to the Provincial People’s Council by the provincial People’s Committee. The total amount is expected to be disbursed and allocated additionally to localities in the first quarter of 2017.

Of the total, Ham Thuan Bac district will receive the most allowance of VND 389 million, followed by Tanh Linh district with VND 321 million and Duc Linh district with over VND 274 million. Likewise, Tuy Phong (VND 262 million), Bac Binh (over VND 214 million), Ham Tan (over VND 213 million), Phan Thiet city (over VND 105 million), Ham Thuan Nam district (VND 104 million), La Gi town (over ND 90 million) and Phu Quy (over VND 17 million) are beneficiary localities.
