Binh Thuan surveyed dragon fruit markets and consumption at Hong Kong’s Asia Fruits LogisticalTrade Fair

BTO – As many as 1,000 stalls from 26 countries will take part in the Asia Fruit Logistical Trade Fair taking place on 3 days from September 4 to 6, 2019 in Hong Kong. Among 15 Vietnam’s stalls participating in this trade fair, Binh Thuan delegation is present at the trade fair in the hope of surveying and promoting dragon fruit consumption there.

Eight Binh Thuan’s enterprises attended the trade fair, including: Binh Thuan Fruits and Vegetables Corporation, Cao Thanh Phat Import & Export limited company, Queen Dragon fruit limited company and ANT FARM one-member limited company; Nguyen Thuan Farm produce Import&Export company; Trieu Giang services-trading company; Vitaco-Logistics company and Thanh Binh Cooperative.

Included in the program, a get-together was also observed for Binh Thuan delegation with Hong Kong partners who are large-scale distributors and authorities of Hong Kong on September 5-6. The meeting is expected to boost the commercial cooperation between the two sides on dragon fruit consumption.

Reportedly, this is a prestige trade fair in terms of fruits, vegetables, hi-tech agricultural produce all over the world. It attracts participants and visitors from countries with developed agricultural sector, such as: the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Italy, France, Germany, South Africa, Israel, China, South Korea, etc.
