BTO – The plan for the organization of Nghinh Ong Festival 2016, the traditional festival of the Chinese community in Phan Thiet city, was lately announced. Accordingly, this biennial event is expected to take place from August 26 to 28 (the 24th-26th of lunar July) with the purpose of preserving long-life cultural heritage of the ethnic Chinese people and maintaining tourism development.

As usual, the festival includes traditional rituals and festive activities. In which, the most interesting part-the procession of Quan Thanh De Quan is scheduled for early morning of August 28 with the participation of hundreds of people from the dance groups of Quan De Mieu, Fujian, Guangdong, Chaozhou, Hainan.
