BTO – The Binh Thuan provincial Center for Information and Scientific technology application has recently debut handbook to introduce “6 specialties and souvenirs” to tourists. It is expected to distribute freely to tourists to Binh Thuan. The publication is included in the theme of “Building model of preserving and exploiting intellectual property in terms of eating and drinking (banh canh cha ca, banh can, lau tha) and souvenir specialties (Phan Thiet fish sauce, haft-dried squid, dragon fruit), for the purpose of promoting the local tourism development.

The handbook is written and
presented into 3 languages of Vietnamese, English and Russian. Its colorful
photos are fully illustrated for each dish and souvenir specialties, luring the
reader’s appetite. The handbook also introduces prestige addresses selling
high-quality and hygiene foods across the province to visitors.
