BTO – As a traveler, one of the main factors luring his/her to a tourist spot must be included food and beverage. A diversity in food specialties plays a very significant role in the success of a restaurant.

The recession time of Binh Thuan tourism’s sector had flown past, it is now thriving with the growth in tourist volume, especially the return of Russian tourists. The number of domestic and foreign tourists has consecutively posted a sharply year-on-year increase, reported by the local department of culture, sports and tourism. However, there is a big fluctuation among the high-grade and luxury restaurants along the street of Nguyen Dinh Chieu. It is easy to realize a number of restaurants, food stalls have been closed, with signboards, noticed “site for lease” in front of the doors.

A resident living near Ong Dia rocky expanse said that, some restaurants have been transferred to many owners for many times because of unprofitable and unsalable. Diners tend to visit restaurants with crowded customers and food specialties. Therefore, each restaurant must possesses unique dishes to gain the upper hand as the competition among the travel operators become more and more dramatic.

Like many other fields, the ongoing refinement of the better high-quality restaurants versus the less quality ones is occurring in Ham Tien – Mui Ne tourist area. Such rule poses challenges to the local tourist operators to create their own specialties as a secret to maintain businesses.
