Besides film screening, the event has brought many cultured activities (photo exhibitions, book reading, art performance…) for more than 700 students and inhabitants of Tan Thanh and neighboring communes.
Especially on the opening night, there were interesting exchanges between the Border Guard, Youth Union members and the local government on the issues of current situation of Vietnam’s sea and island, preparation works for the election of deputies to the National Assemble and People’s Councils at all levels, and the mobilization of youth union members to the local campaign of new-style rural area construction.
