These days, the Ham Thuan Bac district seems to become more bustling because of the blue shirts of the union members and young people. The spirit of volunteering and the enthusiasm of the youth has spread to every street and every corner of the countryside. At night, many dark streets are now lighted up thanks to the "lighting village" project of union members and young people.

At Lam Giang hamlet, Ham Tri commune, on the beginning day of the youth project "Lighting village", many villagers could not hide their joy while sharing that: “When hearing –the Light up the village project - will be developed in Lam Giang, the locals were very excited. Thanks to the project, the route of nearly 2 km in the village will be illuminated, creating more convenience for moving and developing the economy, preserving security and order in the village. We are very happy and grateful for the efforts of young people”.
