The move is considered as one of methods to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2 in medical facilities under the guidelines of Ministry of Health., with the purpose of ensuring safety for health care workers and inpatients.
According to Doctor Le Van Hong-deputy Director of department of Health, medical facilities are in high risk of preading infectious diseases. Therefore, Covid-19 testings will help medical sector track the sources of infection then properly deploy roper measures to prevent the transmission among the community.
